Are you a dedicated paediatrician looking for a meaningful opportunity to contribute to child health in a supportive and progressive environment?

We're looking for a fixed-term Consultant Paediatrician to join our team at Hutt Hospital, where collaboration and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.

This position offers a mix of acute and non-acute paediatric care, working within a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high standards of clinical service. You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior medical staff, contributing to service development, and ensuring continuity of care across our region.

Essential qualifications

You will:

• be vocationally registered in Paediatrics with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) 
• hold FRACP or equivalent qualification and be able to register for with the MCNZ
