Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora is seeking a Consultant Haematologist to join our nationally recognised malignant haematology and stem cell transplant programme, based at Auckland City Hospital.
Te Pūriri o Te Ora Regional Cancer and Blood Service provides comprehensive care to a diverse population of 1.7 million people, and is firmly grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
This role offers scope across the full spectrum of malignant haematology, with emphasis on transplant and cellular therapies. Experience in plasma cell disorders, leukaemia, or transplantation will be highly regarded, though we welcome interest across subspecialties.
Our multidisciplinary service manages acute leukaemia, high-grade lymphoma, and both autologous and allogeneic transplants, with close links to thrombosis, bleeding disorders, and LabPlus diagnostic services.
You'll also contribute to research, teaching, and quality improvement within a FACT-accredited programme.

Essential qualifications
