Palliative Care is expanding in Central Queensland!
We're excited to be restructuring and revitalising the Palliative Care service across CQ Australia.
With the leadership of a highly experienced, recently appointed Palliative Care consultant, we are transforming our service structure and increasing staffing levels.
About the role
The Senior Staff Specialist / Staff Specialist / Senior Medical Officer roles will:
- Deliver inpatient, community, and consultative specialist Palliative Care services
- Provide professional leadership to staff, actively contributing to multidisciplinary care teams
- Oversee the organisation, management, and delivery of specialist clinical Palliative Care services
About you
- MBBS or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia is mandatory for this position
- Registration or eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Palliative Medicine or General Practice with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Additional requirements located in the Role Description
Salary information
Total remuneration value of up to $550,085 p.a. is comprised of:
- An annual salary between $187,569 – $274,678 p.a.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
