Description
Multiple Senior Medical Officer positions are available for clinicians with interests in Hepatology, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Advanced Endoscopy/ERCP, and/or general Gastroenterology. Aligned with Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) values, the role delivers high‑quality, safe and cost‑effective clinical services, with contributions to research, teaching and supervision of medical trainees.
About you
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate the following key accountabilities in accordance with Metro North Health’s values:
- Provide endoscopy, outpatient, inpatient and consultation services primarily at Redcliffe, with negotiated support to other Metro North sites (e.g. STARS).
- Collaborate with the GE Sub‑stream Lead and Director of Surgery to support service coordination, planning and optimal endoscopy suite utilisation.
