2025 Medical Training Survey results dashboard now available

Results from the 2025 Medical Training Survey (MTS) are now live on the MTS interactive dashboard.

Explore and compare results and topics local to specific training settings or regions. 23% of RACP trainees in Australia and eligible Overseas Trained Physicians participated in the MTS this year, offering robust insights that the College will actively use to drive enhancements within our training settings and training programs.

These results will help us develop strategic approaches that aim to enhance our services and contribute to a positive shift in the overall culture of medicine. Further details about the survey can be found on the Medical Training Survey website.
