In accordance with the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia), the Minister for Health of Western Australia is seeking nominations from suitable people residing in Western Australia for practitioner member vacancies arising in 2026 for the WA Board of the Medical Board of Australia.

Scheduled board meetings are held monthly. You may also be required to participate in out of session meetings. Appointees may be eligible to receive sitting fees.

Nominations should include a:

• covering letter specifying which board you are nominating for, outlining how you meet the eligibility requirements and demonstrate the expected board member attributes - no more than three pages.
• CV with your contact details, date of birth, current occupation, qualifications and experience relevant to membership of the board, and the details of 2 referees - no more than 4 pages.
