Learn how to use the 6 emotional leadership styles to better understand your strengths and
weaknesses as a leader, and how your current leadership style affects others.
This online workshop explores the impact of leadership on organisational climate (the work
environment). Through critical reflection, it focuses on the essential foundations of effective
leadership, from self-awareness to emotional intelligence.
Designed for clinicians and non-clinicians working in private and public health systems, this
workshop supports managing high-stress situations, communicating clearly, and understanding how
your actions influence others and the work environment.

- Emotional intelligence and the six emotional leadership styles
- Humble leadership
- My leadership style self-assessment using the six emotional leadership styles
- How my leadership style affects others in the work environment
- Developing current and future skills for transitioning from clinician to healthcare leader
and leading effectively
