Activate Conference is an international conference focused on exercise and sports science, bringing together researchers, clinicians, allied health and health professionals to explore the latest evidence, innovation and practical approaches in health, performance and wellbeing.

• Robert de Castella AO MBE - A world champion, world record holder and the dominant marathon runner of the 1980s, Robert de Castella's impact reaches far beyond elite sport. Robert is an influential leader in health, community and social change. This keynote will challenge how you think about resilience, impact and what it truly takes to create lasting change related to leadership, health and human potential.
• Dr Richard Harris SC OAM – Anaesthetist and joint Australian of the Year 2019 in recognition of his work to rescue 12 soccer players and their coach from a cave in Thailand in July 2018. Dr Richard Harris will dive deep into the story of the Thai cave rescue and how he made critical decisions in the face of adversity.
