2025 New Fellow Survey results are now available

Thank you to our new Fellows who generously shared their feedback.
In May/June this year,11 per cent of new Fellows responded to the survey, providing valuable insights into how well their RACP training prepared them for the transition to independent practice.
The results from this survey, together with other internal and external feedback, continue to shape new College initiatives.
