Description
Your opportunity is to provide rural clinical and operational leadership to 8 facilities within the Wide Bay Rural Health Service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality and sustainable rural medical care.
You'll receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $14,767 each year, comprising salary between $11,284 and $13,598 each year, employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%), annual leave loading (17.5%), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance and leave along with attraction and retention allowances (L13 to L27) (Permanent Part Time, 16 hours a fortnight).
Essential qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
- a medical qualification from a registered tertiary institution and Registration with the Medical Board of Australia (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) with a current annual practicing certificate
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Fellowship of the Australasian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) or Fellowship of Royal Australasian College of General Practitioner – Rural Generalist (FRACGP-RG) is preferred, as recognised by the Australian Medical Council, including maintenance of CPD and Specialist Registration, and good standing as required by AHPRA.
