RACP members, specialty societies and associated organisations are welcome to use our venues for professional meetings and events.

Our spaces are designed to support collaboration, learning and member engagement, and are suitable for a range of activities including committee meetings, workshops, training sessions, networking events and hybrid meetings.

Each venue offers flexible room configurations, integrated AV technology and support options to help your event run smoothly.

Venue hire and support services

Our venues provide flexible settings for RACP members, specialty societies and associated organisations to host meetings, workshops and professional events.

RACP venues are not available for private celebrations or social functions, such as birthdays or weddings.

Catering and refreshments

A College representative can help arrange catering options to suit your event style, dietary requirements and budget, or connect you with one of our preferred suppliers.

Tea, coffee and water service are available at all venues, and alcohol service can also be arranged in advance for approved events.

Fees and charges

There is no venue hire fee for eligible bookings.

Members can use the spaces free of charge where no College support is required for room setup or catering coordination. If assistance from College staff is needed, an Event Service Support fee may apply. Further details are available in the Event Brochure.
