We are building a dedicated headache and migraine team spanning orofacial specialists, medical practitioners, physiotherapists and more.

We are seeking a Consultant Neurologist with a focused interest in headache and migraine.

This is a dedicated headache and migraine post — covering chronic and episodic migraine, medication-overuse headache, and other primary and secondary headache disorders — rather than a general neurology role.

Before each consultation, patients complete a comprehensive pre-workup (validated headache diaries and symptom tools, relevant pathology and imaging, and a structured clinical summary) available in a single integrated digital workspace.

You will provide diagnostic synthesis and an evidence-based management plan spanning acute and preventive strategies, including newer migraine therapies where appropriate.

Referrals, correspondence and administration are handled by the clinical support team.

Engagement is via contractor agreement with flexible sessional commitment.

Essential qualifications

• FRACP with specialty training in Neurology
• Current AHPRA specialist registration as a neurologist
• Demonstrated interest or experience in headache medicine
• Eligibility to practice in Australia
