biio. is an integrated multidisciplinary clinical service for patients with complex, overlapping and often invisible illness, where physical and mental health share one clinical picture.

Our Neurodivergent Health Pathway supports adults and adolescents navigating ADHD, autism, and co-occurring presentations — anxiety, trauma, sensory processing and PDA profiles — that frequently travel alongside hypermobility, dysautonomia and chronic illness.

We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist with a special interest in neurodivergence and trauma-informed care to act as the pathway's specialist medical anchor.

Before each consultation, validated neurodevelopmental screens, a structured developmental and trauma history, current pathway-team plans, medication history and prior assessments are collated in a single integrated digital workspace.

You will integrate with biio.'s neurology, rheumatology, paediatrics, psychology, nurse practitioners and dietetics.

Care coordination, correspondence and referrals are handled by the support team.

Engagement is via contractor agreement with flexible sessional commitment.

Essential qualifications

• FRANZCP (Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists)
• Current AHPRA specialist registration as a psychiatrist Interest or experience in adult and/or adolescent neurodivergence
• Eligibility to practice in Australia
