Many of our patients are women navigating hormonal, autonomic and connective-tissue conditions alongside their mental health.
We are seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist with a special interest in women's mental health to provide specialist assessment and management across our pathways.
Areas of focus include perinatal and reproductive mental health, the mental-health impacts of perimenopause and menopause, PMDD, and the interplay between hormonal change, chronic illness and mood, anxiety and trauma.
Before each consultation, a structured history, validated screening tools, current pathway-team plans, medication history and prior assessments are collated in a single integrated digital workspace.
You will work alongside biio.'s endocrinology, nurse practitioners, psychology, dietetics and rheumatology team, with physical and mental health managed together.
Care coordination, correspondence and referrals are handled by the support team.
