General or Developmental Paediatrician Opportunity

Banksia Paediatrics has an opportunity for a general or developmental paediatrician looking for their next stage of growth — clinically and professionally.

Located in Erina (Central Coast) in a new, purpose-built paediatric clinic, opened 2025. We're 10 minutes from Terrigal Beach, 60 from Sydney. We're growing fast, demand is exceptional, and your books will be full from week one.

What we're offering one paediatrician this year

• In-house CPD program — structured peer review, multidisciplinary case meetings and clinical teaching built into your week, plus an annual CPD allowance for external learning.
• Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 (dependent on FTE), paid in tranches over 18 months.
• Relocation financial and administrative support.
• Reduced service fee for your first 6 months while you settle.
• Developmental Paediatricians — Clinical leadership of our planned multidisciplinary developmental assessment clinic — shape it from the ground up.
• Long appointments, dedicated admin, streamlined systems — you focus on medicine; the business side is handled for you.
• And as we grow: a pathway to share in our planned second site (2031), if that interests you — entirely optional.
