Description

We're seeking a Paediatrician to join our well-established multidisciplinary private practice in Earlwood, Sydney. This is an opportunity to step into a role with an existing partial caseload and a strong referral pipeline from our onsite GPs and allied health team. You'll be supported by experienced administrative staff from day one, allowing you to focus on what matters — your patients and their families.

We're looking for paediatricians with experience or interest in general paediatrics and/or developmental and behavioural paediatrics. We're also open to candidates with other subspecialty interests.

The opportunity:

  • 1–2 days per week to start, with flexibility on session times and scope to grow
  • An existing patient list with warm referrals from our established GP network 
  • Service agreement at a competitive 70/30 billing split (70% to provider)
  • Fully equipped, child-friendly consulting rooms with dedicated admin support
  • A collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with GPs, specialists, and allied health professionals working under one roof
  • A supportive and well-organised practice with streamlined onboarding, credentialling, and billing processes

Essential qualifications

  • Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in Paediatrics & Child Health
  • Current AHPRA registration as a specialist
  • Valid Medicare provider number (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Experience in general and/or developmental paediatrics preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach to care
