PREP Registration and MyRACP log in issue
RACP has recently made some enhancements to our online security, to align with industry best practice, to protect our member’s identity through improved authentication access.
This may have changed the way you access some of our online applications such as PREP applications and portals, or MyRACP.
As a result, we recommend the following steps to ensure a smooth login experience:
- Log out of any previous sessions using this log out link.
- Log in via an Incognito (Chrome), InPrivate (Edge) or Private (Safari) browser session.
- Clear your browser cache before logging in.
