HLD Practical Workshops

This engaging online workshop is designed for individuals who need practical tools to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with healthcare and organisational goals.

We'll look at the forces of change for initiating projects, discuss project definitions, and the criteria for managing and leading a successful project.

You'll gain the foundational knowledge and skills required to manage and lead projects effectively within a healthcare environment - exploring the factors influencing project management, such as user requirements and the project landscape, roles and governance, time and budget, scope and constraints, and the operating environment.

Key topics include:
  • Why do we need a project
  • What drives project success (or failure)
  • Project roles and governance
  • Project management life cycles (traditional vs agile)
