Clinical Leaders' Course - Change Collaborative

This course is designed for medical specialists and senior registrars who want to take on greater responsibility by developing their leadership skills, increasing their system influence, and building a trusted network of peers.
Through team-based case studies, participants apply theory to real-life scenarios. The course encourages you to plan and lead change, manage conflict, and grow in confidence as a leader.
