Through critical reflection, this online workshop focuses on the essential foundations of effective leadership — from self-awareness to emotional intelligence. Designed for clinicians and non-clinicians working in private and public health systems, it supports managing high-stress situations, communicating clearly, and understanding how your actions impact others and the organisational climate.
