Our 2-day focussed cardiac ultrasound workshop is designed specifically for medical professionals. Tailored towards junior doctors through to specialist/consultant levels, including but not limited to emergency physicians, intensivists, anaesthetists, general medicine, rural GPs and cardiology trainees. We also cater to paramedics and other health professions who want to learn point of care cardiac ultrasound.
The aim of the course is to equip clinicians with all the necessary skills to become proficient in performing a focussed cardiac ultrasound exam, and aid in accurate diagnosis and subsequent timely patient care.
Our workshops are structured in small group settings, with a balanced mix of theory and practical. There is a large focus on hands-on learning with 1:3 educator ratio, scanning real people. If it is your first time picking up the probe, or if you are refining your skills, our team can tailor the learning to your needs, helping you get the most out of your workshop.
