Over 3 days, we’ll hone your approach to each of the exam components - written, vivas, and the hot cases. This course cuts to the chase: high-yield, hard-hitting sessions designed to coach candidates through the common pitfalls in getting through the CICM part 2 exam and tighten up their technique:

• the evidence
• hot case micro-skills
• viva drills
• what it means to 'Think like a consultant'
