Here, we'll explore different techniques for engaging people early in the change process, and learn how to identify change resistance and navigate emotions before and during change. Through this engaging online workshop, you'll be ready to address how to get people ready and willing to adopt change, using data-driven tools to manage resistance and build collective buy-in for initiatives.

  3. Identify cognitive and affective responses to change and choose strategies to address this for change readiness.
