Thank you to our SPDP facilitators!

The Supervisor Professional Development Program (SPDP) is a high-quality training program designed for current RACP trainee supervisors. It aims to strengthen the supervisors’ skills and strategies to effectively guide and support trainees.

On behalf of the SPDP team, we would like to thank all of our volunteer Fellows who have facilitated the SPDP workshops this year both face-to-face and online. Your time, effort and ongoing support is greatly appreciated.

With your help, we delivered 120 SPDP workshops across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand, attended by over 3000 College supervisors. This is an exceptional effort by an all-volunteer workforce and we could not have achieved this without you.
