Rural Fellows can apply for CPD grants

Grants worth up to $10,000 are on offer to RACP Fellows living and working in rural and remote Australia.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities can be undertaken with the grant funding, which is being offered as part of the Support for Rural Specialists in Australia (SRSA) Program funding round four.

Fellows who receive grants can take part in CPD activities between 1 June 2019 and 30 June 2020.

The SRSA Program is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and managed by the Council of Presidents of Medical Colleges (CPMC).

  • Ultrasound in Rural Medicine
  • Perioperative Medicine Short Course
  • Standard Clinical ADOS-2 Training
  • FASD Workshop
  • Advanced Paediatric Life Support
  • Cardiac CT Course
  • Australian Gastroenterology Week
  • ESA Seminar
  • RACP Congress.

Please note: Conferences/ASMs are considered lower priority for funding.
