Develop your Quality and Safety knowledge

Quality and Safety is central to the delivery of healthcare in Australia and New Zealand. Our new eLearning resource aims to help you create a culture of quality and safety in healthcare settings. It will also help you develop a preventative mindset in identifying and remediating situations where the quality and safety of patient care may be compromised.
In the resource you will find strategies, tools and concepts to help you evaluate the quality and safety of your practice, and advocate for larger scale quality and safety improvements in your workplace.
The resource, which should only take two to four hours to complete and can be completed at your own pace, will cover:
- the importance of quality and safety in the workplace
- building a mindset of prevention and incident reporting
- quality and safety challenges and how to overcome them
- championing quality and safety.
eLearning@RACP is free for RACP members and counts towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
