The 2025 Adult Medicine (AM) Divisional Clinical Examination (DCE) was successfully delivered in June, marking another year of exceptional collaboration, dedication, and support across our participating hospitals.

This year, 90 hospitals hosted the AM DCE, with a total of 853 candidates sitting the exam. The smooth delivery of the exams would not have been possible without the outstanding commitment and tireless work of the Local Examination Organisers (LEOs), Administrative Staff, and Regional Examiners, whose efforts ensured a professional and supportive experience for all candidates.

We also extend our appreciation to the wider hospital teams including, Examination Assistants, nursing staff, ward staff, and orderlies, whose behind-the-scenes support was essential to the successful delivery of the examination.

We wish to acknowledge and thank the following hospitals and their teams for their vital contributions to the 2025 AM DCE.

Acknowledgement of contributors

On behalf of the AM Clinical Examination Committee, we extend our sincere gratitude to everyone involved in delivering this year’s exams including the Examiners who also volunteer their time alongside their busy clinical commitment to support this annual College activity. Your continued efforts ensure that each DCE is conducted to the highest standard of fairness, integrity, and educational excellence.

As we look ahead to future exam cycles, we remain committed to improving the candidate and Examiner experience through innovation, feedback, and continued partnership with hospitals and training sites.

Thank you once again to everyone who played a role in the success of the 2025 AM DCE.
