Description
Competitive remuneration package based on full-time equivalent value up to $189,261 to $212,826 p.a. (paid pro-rata for engagement period) comprising:
- Base salary ranges between $133,848 and $154,749 p.a. (L4 to L9)
- Up to 6 weeks annual recreational leave accumulation with up to 27.5% loading when taken
- Generous employer contribution to superannuation of 12.75%
- Attraction and retention incentive allowance
- Regional and rural attraction allowance
- Professional development allowance and leave of 2.2 weeks p.a
- Inaccessibility allowance
- Accommodation provided as per NWHHS Procedure for Staff Accommodation
