Overview

The Pacific Peoples Member Advisory Group (PPMAG) reports and makes recommendations to the College Board on Pacific health and equity matters as per the Pacific Peoples Member Advisory Group Terms of Reference (PDF)

The PPMAG is committed to upholding the aspirations of Pacific members and communities, contributing to meaningful change that supports equitable health outcomes for all communities across Aotearoa New Zealand, Australia and the wider Pacific region.

Providing culturally grounded advice and leadership to the College, the PPMAG operates in alignment with Pacific values and frameworks to ensure Pacific perspectives are embedded in decision-making, training, and professional practice.

    Membership

    The Advisory Group includes representatives from across the College’s Pacific membership as well as a community representative. It works in partnership with relevant Indigenous committees, including the Māori Health Committee, to advance health and wellbeing outcomes for Pacific peoples.
