Description
The purpose of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM) Regional Committee is to advise the Faculty Council on matters relevant to the Faculty in their region.
The responsibilities of the Fellow Representative include:
- Attend AFRM Regional Committee meetings.
- Assist in ensuring that the AFRM Regional Committee works productively and harmoniously.
- Ensure good governance of the AFRM.
- Assist the Chair, AFRM Regional Committee in aligning AFRM strategic and business plans with the RACP Strategic Plan.
- Assist the Chair, AFRM Regional Committee in identifying and responding to new and emerging regional issues relevant to AFRM.
- Ensure timely responses to requests for comment or reports from the AFRM Council, Faculty Training Committee, and other AFRM committees.
- Adhere to RACP policies, including the prevention of discrimination and harassment.
