Expressions of interest are open for 1 Dermatology Fellow in Aotearoa New Zealand to join the Dermatology Training Program Committee as an appointed member.

Description

You’ll need to attend a 2–3 hour in-person meeting at the RACP office in Wellington. Before each meeting, you’ll review trainee paperwork, and you may also need to spend some extra time responding to training decisions by email. Occasionally, you might be asked to take part in site accreditation visits or assess Advanced Training Research Projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Sign off on training approvals and certification of Dermatology Advanced Trainees
  • Work with the curriculum team ahead of the 2027 Dermatology curriculum rollout
  • Attend accreditation site visits
  • Mark Advanced Training Research Projects
  • Review training support cases outside of committee meetings
