Starship's annual training course in the Assessment of Suspected Physical Abuse in Children (APAC) is now less than 8 weeks away, and the online preLearning has been up and running for the last 2 weeks.
This is a reminder that Early Bird registration for APAC closes a week from today, and to encourage anyone who was thinking of enrolling, to do so ASAP.
You can of course enrol at any time, up to and including the day the course starts, but you will get the maximum benefit by enrolling early and beginning to work through the roughly 40 hours of online preLearning (which remains available to you for a year after the course).
If you have never had any formal child protection training or not much, or if you would simply value some additional learning / refreshing in a complex area of practice, we encourage you to join us.
