Resilience in Practice is a focused, small-group workshop retreat for physicians and health professionals in complex systems.

Led by clinical psychologist Dr Alice Morgan, who has 20 years of experience with public hospital medical teams, specialising in trauma among clients and medical staff. She has held leadership and clinical roles at Royal Children's Hospital, Great Ormond Street, and Doctors Without Borders.

Designed for busy clinicians, the program offers practical ACT-based strategies for use in clinical settings to support mental health and wellbeing, alongside reflection on how values influence work, decisions, and sustainability.

This is not a wellness escape but structured professional development to strengthen psychological flexibility, clarify values, and build capacity for long-term practice. To prevent cognitive overload, the program alternates mornings of structured learning with afternoons for recovery, integration, and exploration in the Margaret River Wine Region.
