You are invited to a 2-day conference that will inform, empower, and inspire. The iDEA 2024 Doctors for the Environment Australia Conference: 'Building Momentum', will be held on Friday, April 5th - Saturday, April 6th at Park Royal, Darling Harbour Sydney.
This is a conference about the greatest health threat facing the world: climate change and its effect on our environment; and what actions we can take to protect people and our planet. We are fortunate to have many eminent speakers including keynote speakers Professor Lesley Hughes and Professor Nicholas Talley.
There will be sessions on heat, healthcare sustainability, air pollution, biodiversity, advocacy, communication, research, and several workshops. There will also be a 'Great Debate' involving prominent politicians and leading NGOs.
