Join us for a relaxing & reviving retreat of CPD and self-care designed for doctors by doctors on the Central Coast, Killcare, NSW.
With attendance to all CPD activities, you will complete 12 hours of CPD with 2 hours of education, 5 hours of reviewing performance (including a professional conversation & Professional Development Plan), and 5 hours of Measuring Outcomes.

What to expect

- Talks & workshops on 2026 CPD requirements, well-being leadership, professional sharing, self-care & goal setting.
- Self-care skill practice, mindfulness & relaxation sessions.

- Session handouts & CPD templates included.

Saturday 9th May – Reviewing Performance
- 8:00 am – Optional gentle morning flow yoga
- 8:45 am – Free time / breakfast
- 9:30 am – Group CPD: CPD requirements, professional annual conversation prep
- 10:45 am – Morning tea
- 11:00 am – Group CPD: Professional conversation
- 1:00 pm – Shared lunch
- 2:00 pm – Group CPD: PDP & goal setting
- 3:00 pm – Afternoon tea
- 3:15 pm – CPD session: Values & priorities reflection
- 4:30 pm – Optional relaxation yoga / free time
- 5:30 pm – Optional wine tasting

Sunday 10th May – Measuring Outcomes
- 8:00 am – Optional gentle morning flow yoga

- 1:00 pm – Shared group lunch

Location
Killcare offers seven pristine beaches, spectacular trails and ocean lookouts. Local beaches include Killcare, Putty, MacMasters, Copacabana & Avoca. Bays include Hardy’s Bay, Pretty Beach & Wagstaffe. Only 90 minutes from Sydney CBD or 15 minutes from Woy Woy Station.
Bouddi National Park
The Bouddi National Park features coastal cliffs, rainforest, heathland, protected marine areas, Aboriginal sites, lookouts and beaches including Putty Beach, Tallow Beach & Little Beach. Walk the Bouddi Coastal Trail (~8 km), with views of Broken Bay, Pittwater & the Pacific Ocean.

Bells at Killcare is a world-class boutique hotel located on the NSW Bouddi Peninsula. Eco-friendly, family-run, and designed with coastal elegance, it offers luxury relaxation just 90 minutes from Sydney or a short ferry ride from Palm Beach.
Sustainability
Bells’ CLOSED LOOP organic food composter transforms 260kg/week of food waste into compost used onsite. Bells grows and sources local produce, maintains extensive gardens and keeps 40 chickens. Sustainability is central to operations.

Bells features 25 cottages & suites plus 4 luxe lodges surrounded by lakes, gardens and streams. All accommodation includes daily housekeeping, full breakfast, EV chargers, private parking, and premium in-room amenities.
