2018 RACP Tasmanian Conference
02 Nov 2018 at 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
North West Cancer Centre, North West Hospital, 23 Brickport Rd, Burnie TAS
The RACP Tasmanian Regional Committee encourages all trainees, Fellows and supervisors to attend the 2018 Tasmanian Physicians Conference.
The conference program will involve both a day and an evening session. The day session is planned to include a number of informative updates and presentations on the impact of eHealth, models for dealing with behavioural problems, and smoking cessation programs, just to name a few (program topics and speakers are still being finalised).
Also included in the day session will be presentations for the Tasmanian Trainee Research Awards.
The evening session will include a networking session for members and will feature the presentation to the winners of the Tasmanian Trainee Research Awards and the awarding of the T.C. Butler and F.R.T. Stevens Prizes.
The Supervisor Professional Development Program (SPDP) Workshop 2 on teaching and learning in healthcare settings will follow and will feature a sit down dinner for participants.
The conference is free for RACP members to attend so we encourage you all to come along for what promises to be a great day. Numbers for some sessions may be limited.
