Children's Inpatient Research Collaboration of Australia and New Zealand

If you want to help learn about and shape the future of Australian and New Zealand Paediatric inpatient research, we would love for you to join us at the CIRCAN Symposium on 17-18 October 2026.

This year’s program includes an excellent line-up of keynote speakers:

• Dr Eve Purdy – Using Simulation to Improve Your Research
• Dr Barb Vernon – The Why of Child Health Australasia
• Professor Les White – Working in Teams 

Our meeting is open to paediatricians, trainees, nurses, allied health, and other workers in general paediatric research. The CIRCAN program will include updates from our latest research projects in asthma, IV line trials, alarm fatigue and more. There will also be practical research updates, external presentations, panel discussions and more! It will be a great opportunity to grow and strengthen our wonderful research community.
