A North Queensland member-led event, supported by the RACP Queensland Team

Conference convenors, Dr Craig Costello and Associate Professor Vasant Shenoy warmly invite you to attend the annual North Queensland Physicians’ Conference in Townsville.

Set in a welcoming and collegial environment, this conference offers a valuable opportunity to connect with colleagues and stay up to date with the latest developments across a range of medical subspecialties.

This year’s program explores the growing influence of artificial intelligence and machine learning in medicine—its potential to enhance clinical care, and the critical need to navigate emerging risks responsibly.

We're honoured to welcome Professor Jennifer Martin, President of the RACP, who will open the conference, along with RACP CEO, Mr Steffen Faurby. Keynote speaker Professor Clair Sullivan and a line-up of distinguished experts will share practical insights and perspectives throughout the event.

We look forward to seeing you in Townsville.
