Advanced Resuscitation Training
The Advanced Life Support (ALS) re-certification looks at the complexity and management of cardiac arrest situations, including decision making and effective communication with the team is included.
The course will deliver participants an update lecture on a review of Guidelines 2010 and an update on ALS Protocols. Practical stations and assessments will include:
- initial assessment and resuscitation
- cardiac arrest and management (CASTeach)

Participants are only eligible to attend the 1-day re-certification course if they hold a valid current Australian Resuscitation Council ALS2/ALS or Resuscitation Council (UK) ALS provider certificate. No other course certification may be considered.
