This free online event will explore practical strategies to strengthen resilience, navigate challenges, and sustain a thriving career in medicine. It will also introduce principles of self-determination and highlight positive psychology and self-care approaches that can be applied in daily practice to manage stress and support professional wellbeing.

The webinar will be led by Dr Susannah Ward, Chair of the Member Health and Wellbeing Committee (MHWC), and Dr David Beaumont, Deputy Chair of the MHWC. They will be joined by an expert panel including Amir Salem, Clinical Psychologist at Mind Body Innovation Centre, and Dr Kathryn Hutt, GP and Medical Director of Doctors’ Health NSW.
