Standards of care are shifting. The patient landscape is changing as populations age. In many areas, the geographic landscape means care is dispersed and fragmented.
This event brings together key issues across geriatric medicine, general and acute care medicine, Indigenous health, public health medicine and palliative care. We'll discuss the burden of care on our healthcare systems and physicians, and how we, as a physician community, can optimise care and outcomes for patients across all settings.
If you work with patients in vulnerable populations, complex, high-risk adults, or work in community and rural settings and manage vulnerable populations and complex, high risk adults this event is for you.
