Training time and professional experience requirements for the General and Acute Care Medicine Advanced Training program are outlined in the General and Acute Care Medicine curriculum handbook. Trainees should refer to the handbook that corresponds to the year in which they entered the program, for guidance on their training requirements, including rules around what types of training must be undertaken in accredited positions, and training time certification limits on different types of training.
