Withdrawing from training

Deciding to withdraw from training is a significant step, and we recognise it’s not always an easy one.

If you’ve made this decision, you’ll need to complete and submit the withdrawal form.

Before you complete the form, make sure you’ve read the following documents:


Application forms

Basic Training

To withdraw from the Basic Training Program, download and complete the Application for Withdrawal from Basic Training Form (DOC).

Advanced Training

To withdraw from a particular specialty or exit the Advanced Training program entirely, download and complete the Application for Withdrawal from Advanced Training Form (DOC).

If you're unsure whether to withdraw, speak with your DPE or supervisor first – they can help you understand your options.
