The Operations Directorate provides business services across the College including Strategic Coordination, Digital Products, Marketing and Communications, Media Relations, Information Technology and Human Resources.

Director, Education, Learning and Assessment

Education, Learning and Assessment coordinate the College’s annual cycle of Written and Clinical examinations. It accredits healthcare workplaces that train our physicians and coordinates support for trainees in difficulty. The Directorate is responsible for our Education Renewal program, ensuring that our physician training remains world-class.

Director, Member Services

Member Services is our primary contact point for trainees and Fellows by phone or online, providing them with an end-to-end seamless member experience. The Directorate also supports the Divisions, Faculties and Chapters and liaises with health systems.

The Finance and Commercial Services Directorate purpose is to deliver efficient and effective financial management of College funds and assets and facilitates commercial services that support College operations.

The Development Directorate facilitates and implements College and Board initiatives in areas such as international programs, Indigenous initiatives, workforce planning, new products and the RACP Foundation.
