Designed for clinician leaders, healthcare directors and senior executives, this course is delivered through interactive learning in a stimulating and supportive environment.

The course provides a comprehensive toolkit for healthcare leaders, including recognising early indicators of impairment, responding to crisis situations, and introducing participants to the AIHE RIJC© Behaviour Management Program for the effective management of disruptive clinician behaviour.

This course covers the key tools required by healthcare leaders responsible for managing clinical staff, including reporting obligations, clinician welfare, procedurally fair investigations, and the effective management of impairment and disruption in healthcare settings.
