From Reflect to Innovate
Building on our previous Reflect RAP, this Innovate RAP focuses on strengthening relationships, deepening understanding, and embedding meaningful, sustainable change across the College.
Our RAP plays a vital role in supporting the RACP Indigenous Strategic Framework and our commitment to advancing health equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It reflects our ongoing dedication to:
- addressing health inequities experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
- growing and supporting the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander physician workforce
- fostering a culturally safe, inclusive, and anti-racist College environment
The Innovate RAP provides a structured framework to turn commitment into action through 4 key pillars: Relationships, Respect, Opportunities and Governance. These pillars guide how we strengthen partnerships, build cultural capability, create meaningful opportunities, and ensure accountability across all areas of our work.
We encourage all members, staff, and stakeholders to engage with the Innovate RAP and reflect on how they can contribute to reconciliation within their own roles and workplaces. Together, we can create lasting impact and support better health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
