Where things stand and what comes next.


Overview

We're delivering TRELLiS in clear horizons. The first horizon is about building strong foundations. Once those are in place, we'll progressively add new features and capabilities through 2027 and beyond.


Where we are now

Throughout 2025 and early 2026, we've been in an intensive phase of discovery, consultation and design.

Members from across career stages and roles have been involved in:

  • testing early concepts
  • validating priorities
  • shaping the design of a new MyRACP experience

That feedback has directly informed what we're building.

We're now in the design and build phase of TRELLiS. That means teams are translating agreed designs into working systems while continuing to test and refine details with you.

Some work is visible. Much of it isn't yet. Getting the foundations right matters more than moving fast.


How TRELLiS is being delivered

TRELLiS isn't a single release. It's being delivered in horizons, each with a clear purpose.

Horizon 1
Building the foundations
  • a new MyRACP with clear navigation through our digital ecosystem
  • more intuitive ways to manage details, payments and enquiries
  • better visibility of progress and next steps
  • a more consistent look and feel across RACP services
Horizon 2
Increasing value & personalisation
  • more tailored experiences
  • better alignment between what you need and what you see
  • fewer repeated steps across services

Continuous improvements
  • adding new features as your needs evolve
  • refining what's already in place
  • using data and feedback to guide priorities

Horizon 1: Building the foundations

Horizon 1 is about putting solid foundations in place. You won’t necessarily see dramatic changes on day one. Many improvements won’t be obvious, but they’ll reduce the friction you currently feel.

This horizon focuses on:

  • standardising core processes
  • replacing ageing, disconnected systems
  • improving how data is presented and connected behind the scenes
  • delivering a new MyRACP as the front door to your RACP experience

What you'll see:

  • a new MyRACP with clear navigation through our digital ecosystem
  • more intuitive ways to manage details, payments and enquiries
  • better visibility of progress and next steps
  • a more consistent look and feel across RACP services

What's happening underneath:

  • new member management, finance and data systems
  • stronger integration between systems
  • more reliable processes for staff supporting members

Horizon 2: Increasing value and personalisation

Once the foundations are in place, we can start adding capability more quickly.

Across 2027, Horizon 2 will focus on:

  • expanding MyRACP features
  • improving personalisation and preferences
  • delivering a new website with improved search
  • enabling better support for events, examinations and training-related processes

This is where you'll start to see:

  • more tailored experiences
  • better alignment between what you need and what you see
  • fewer repeated steps across services

Releases in this horizon will be staggered rather than one large launch, with details confirmed as designs are finalised and tested.

Beyond Horizon 2: Continuous improvement

Longer term, TRELLiS will support ongoing improvement rather than periodic overhauls.

That includes:

  • adding new features as your needs evolve
  • refining what's already in place
  • using data and feedback to guide priorities

We want to be able to adapt and improve steadily without disrupting you.
