The College advises members that in 2020 ASIC issued the College with notices to provide information in relation to an investigation it was conducting as to compliance with the whistleblower provisions of the Corporations Act. The notices apply to 2020 and a period beforehand. The contents of the notices have been kept confidential given the matter concerns whistleblowers and accordingly the College is unable to provide further details.
