Face-to-face workshops
Face-to-face workshops are facilitated in-person and run for 3 hours. Learning is enhanced by peer discussions.

Online courses
Online courses are facilitated across a 5-week period. Choose when to view content and participate in online discussion forums. We recommend spending 1 to 2 hours per week.
