Technical issues accessing the RACP Training Management Platform (TMP)
Some users are having trouble accessing TMP because Microsoft’s sign-in settings don't allow you to be logged into multiple Microsoft accounts in the same browser window.
To help fix this, try the following:
- Use a different browser: For example, if you normally use Chrome, try opening TMP in Microsoft Edge or Firefox instead.
- Bookmark the TMP Portal: Save the TMP portal link as a bookmark and use that to log in. Please avoid clicking the link in TMP email notifications.
- Use a Private/Incognito window: This opens a fresh browser session without any saved Microsoft account data, which can help avoid sign-in conflicts.
-
Sign out of other Microsoft accounts: Before logging into TMP with your RACP account, manually sign out of any other Microsoft accounts you’re logged into.
We know these steps aren't ideal, and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this issue.
